YOU!

YOU!

A Poem by Nayan
"Have you come across someone who changes your heart, the way you think, you life, and you yourself? Don't you think that, that 'someone' comes at different times and as various persons in our lives! "

Excerpts from my poem...
[For feeling my complete poem, see here at Writers Cafe]

-->
I am not what I was
Two years back
But for You!
You made me feel
What is Affection!
You made me know
What is Care!
You made me realise

...

-->
Angry I was, as I was rude
Stupid I was, as I was harsh
So indifferent and so cruel!
Not to strangers
But to my own!
You showed to me
What is Light!

...

-->
Who loved me,
And whom did I hate?
...
Who blessed me,
And whom did I curse?
YOU!

...

-->
Death I saw, then I saw Life!
Hate I lived, then I lived Love!
Stone I was, and then I became Water!
And two years after, I am much better!

...

-->
No one, No one can see
The changes in me
Are because of thee
Greatness personified in the Almighty!
Sweetness that touches your heart!
Silence that knocks your door!
Beauty that encompasses your thought!
Serenity that enthralls your body!

...

-->
Whatever relation there be
Between You and Me!
My sister! My mother! My father! My friend!
You gave direction to my emotions!
You gave meaning to my life!
And I
Need no longer gifts with a price!
Already I have plenty
Countless and Priceless in YOU!

I see You, can feel You!

I see You, can feel You!

A Poem by Nayan
"Where thou search for thy creator? He is here and there... and everywhere! "

Excerpts from my poem...
In the Sky of Heaven,

In the Rainbow Path,
In the Twinkling Stars, 'n
In the Moon n the Mars -

I see You, can feel You
In the Wind of Spring!
I see You, can feel You
In those Beautiful Wings!

...

...

I see You, can feel You
In the Music of Thee!
I see You, can feel You
In the Laughter of Me!

Reply to my Sister

Reply to my Sister

A Poem by Nayan
"A letter to my Sister :) "

Excerpts from my poem...
A flying-horse!

A rainbow connecting the stars!
With you, the Force!
And a rocket to the Mars!
A Wish for you...
And let me see you fly!

...

Melody of the Heart,
And Colors of the Life!
The vibrating twines,
That's spiraling alike!
Melody n music, that
With them you sing!

...

And donot worry the troubles
For that's a passage!
Be assured I'll be, for any help,
And Listen to the Heart when it says!
Love to see you blossom into thyself!

THE BEGINNING

"In the material world, a person seldom hears his heart! This poem speaks out the story of such a try - that symbolises a good fight and the ultimate win of the heart over the brain!"

Excerpts from my poem "The Beginning"... [Full Poem posted at writersCafe here.]

One night, I sat on my chair
And listened to my inner choir
Oh! And wherefrom comes this cry?
So melancholy and so dry!

I feared the sound, and decided to wound
Cease the try! Stop! And freeze the cry...
The Brain thus spoke, and I did admit
For in a choir, is unwanted a cry!

...

The ears felt and the heart did smelt
The agonising sorrow, ’where did he borrow
Is Jailed in a circle, alike a sparrow
Heard I, a boy, with a lost tomorrow!

...

Give a knock! Ping a jerk!
Awake! Awake! O Sleeping Knight!
I wished I say, and I thought I told "
And I saw a light, in his eyes, glowed!

...

Loss of hope is trivial, perseverance grand!
Let’s find a place I can strike my stand.
All’s steel, need a hammer to settle this deal!
But behold! What’s that throbbing, red I feel?

Thus resurfaced the little Joy!
Failed finally was the cruel fate’s ploy!
Flew with the birds, over the seas in the sky!
Thus I listened to my heart and chose the future I now ply!

PEOPLE IN THE DARK

-->
"A little child wants play and to achieve things... But he does not like the people in the world around him. He feels that they tease him and stare at him that he does not like."

PEOPLE IN THE DARK

I am a Little Child
I Love to Play and Dance
And to make Good Friends
But, I Fear the Dark!

I am a Little Child
I wish I could Fly like a Bird
And Run Fast like a Deer
But, I Fear the Dark!

I am a Little Child
I love to see the Moon, the Stars
And the Firefly at Night
But, I Fear the Dark

I am a Little Child
But, I Fear the Dark –
There are People in the Dark,
Calling Me Names!

I am a Little Child
But, I Fear the Dark –
There are People in the Dark
With Menacing Stares!

I am a Little Child
But, I Fear the Dark –
There are People in the Dark
Blackening All That Light!

I am a Little Child
I don’t like those Shadows in the Dark
Why the Sun ever sets n Brings ‘em back?
How I wish there were a Torch!

The Home and its Tree

Come to my Home,
My Home Sweet Home,
Where the land smells of homeliness,
And the Sun rays get filtered through the leaves.
The wet sand lies on the ground,
Giving a scent of serenity,
And within the courtyard of my home,
Stands the majestic tree,
Full of Life and Vibrations and Colours!
See it through the eye-hole in the dilapidated door,

Or go near and touch the trunk,
Will find the same placidity scattered everywhere...
That cools the body and soothes the mind,
And today, All I wish is just a rewind...
